Okay, the weather may or may not be turning here soon. We can only cross our fingers for warmer weather. Welcome to Nebraska. As we hope for warmer weather, bluer skies, and beautiful, oh, the beautiful green grass. While we wait for that we better be thinking about getting off the treadmill and what it will be like to run on the pavement again.

Peak has them color categorized (green/yellow/red) to make it a little easier. Essentially your foot needs no added support, some support, or a lot, and our aim is to marry a shoe type with your foot/body type. Of course, one brand and style of shoe will fit and feel better on your foot than another - every foot and body is different.
