Marry your shoes

Okay, the weather may or may not be turning here soon. We can only cross our fingers for warmer weather. Welcome to Nebraska. As we hope for warmer weather, bluer skies, and beautiful, oh, the beautiful green grass. While we wait for that we better be thinking about getting off the treadmill and what it will be like to run on the pavement again.

When the feet hit the pavement again, please be sure that you have the right shoe on your foot. Yes, this is a shameless plug. And it's shameless because you will enjoy walking, running, and exercising more when there are fewer ache's and pain's.
------Get a Gait Analysis------> Physical Therapist Approved
Peak associates will take you through a 5 step Gait Analysis, don't fret, it takes all of 90 seconds, and make a shoe type suggestion based on YOUR bio mechanics.
-----------> Shoe Type
Shoes are built into 3 different categories. Even your minimalist/maximalist are going to being built for a foot type.
Peak has them color categorized (green/yellow/red) to make it a little easier. Essentially your foot needs no added support, some support, or a lot, and our aim is to marry a shoe type with your foot/body type. Of course, one brand and style of shoe will fit and feel better on your foot than another - every foot and body is different.
-----------> Try for yourself
Write your own review. Since every foot and body type is different one person's review on the internet does not mean that it will be the same on your foot. The person offering the review is expressing THEIR FEELING on the shoe or product. What is most important is YOUR FEELING on the shoe and how it fits.

Ready to get fit? - Swing through your local Peak to get ready to run.

Well the sun is shining and I am going to pound some pavement.
Have a great run,

Tim
