Registration will remain open until 12 weeks prior to the Halfsy. August 16th will be the last day to register.
Access to 4 Certified coaches
3 guided / coached runs a week
Two long run opportunities a week at rotating locations and a speed session weekly.
Communication and programming will be delivered in a print out and then through Vdot2 application
$99 if purchased in a Peak Performance location.
The Peak Distance Clinic is designed to prepare you for a fall half-marathon or marathon, such as the Good Life Halfsy or Omaha events to be held this fall. The program will consist of various training stimuli like basebuilding, aerobic training, threshold training, and speedwork or interval training. Furthermore, we will include hill training, strides, cross-training, and recovery runs. Each stimulus plays a role in maximizing performance and reducing injury risk. We will also partner with local doctors, dieticians, massage therapists, and sports performance specialists to enhance your training. Additionally, Our training experts and coaches will provide real-life practical advice to ensure you are prepared to tackle your particular event
